Paracas, Peru

The first Kite-Spot of my trip was Paracas, 4 hour car drive south from Lima. I stayed at Bamboo Paracas Eco bungalows, which is right next to the spot and also has a great kites school;

Paracas is a very nice spot to kite. The wind starts at around noon and the conditions are a bit choppy but there is a lot of flat water on the other side of the bay, which is magical with all the birds.

The Bungalows are clean and comfortable and its nice to be able to cook some food from time to time, but the restaurant there and in town are so good an cheap that it is not necessary :-)
